Back Story:
She is the 2nd member of the Chaos theory team. Mercedes grew up in the city with her twin brother, mother and father. She was always shy a quiet while her brothe was loud and confident. She sailed through life bein quiet and having few friends. On her sixteenth birthday a blue light flew down to her leaving a cracked blue emerald. She believed it to be one of the lost Chaos emeralds lost years ago. She turned the Emerald into a several diamond shapes and put one on her necklace, 2 on her gloves and boots. Since then she has been able to activate the power of water as well as her own power.
